Jane Creswell, MCC is the Managing Director for Purdue University's Organization Leadership Development Lab and Program Director for the Certificate in Leadership Coaching. Ms. Creswell brings a combination of over 17 years of leadership experience at IBM and 12 years of experience in organization coaching to her leadership of this lab. She is the author of The Complete Idiot's Guide to Coaching for Excellence, a tool that aids organizations in creating a coaching culture.
